BACK
wAive is Plaid Notion's first official project, a shoot-em-up, or shmup created between July 1 and October 1 for SHMUP-DEV's 2007 game development competition, where the theme was options [helper ships]. It was programmed in Game Maker 6.1 by me, Evan "Jellyf15h" Balster.
The game is a lot of fun with some impressive graphics and wonderful music crafted by Tekno and OvrKllr respectively. Unfortunately, the game was never completed.
It runs under Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME and XP. DirectX 8.1 is required.
I encourage you to try the tutorial before playing; press [esc] to get out of it.
